Privacy policy

OmniCal does not request, read, or modify calendars stored on your device. We process only the online calendars and events that you create, import, or submit for recognition in OmniCal.

To provide accounts, synchronization, and calendar subscriptions, we store your account identifier, calendar content and settings, subscription status, AI usage records, and security logs needed to operate the service. Anyone who has a calendar subscription address can view that calendar’s events, but cannot edit them.

Apple and Google provide sign-in; Supabase provides authentication and cloud data services; Cloudflare provides the website and public calendar endpoint; the App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat process subscription purchases. When you use AI recognition, the event text or timetable page content you submit is sent to the configured AI service for processing.

We do not sell personal information. You can permanently delete your account in the app; your online calendars and subscription addresses will then stop working. Transaction records that a store must retain are handled under that store’s policy.

Terms of service

You are responsible for your account and for choosing who receives a subscription address. Do not use OmniCal to upload unlawful content, attack the service, or infringe the rights of others.

OmniCal updates the hosted calendar after you save. Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, and other calendar apps decide when they refresh subscriptions.

OmniCal Pro is a recurring online service. The purchase platform displays and manages pricing, billing periods, renewals, refunds, and cancellations. If Pro expires, existing content is not deleted: you can view, edit, and delete it, but new calendars or events may be blocked while the account remains above Free limits.

We work to keep the service reliable, but maintenance, security events, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions. Material policy changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
